Recipients with images off see “SELFIE®” as alt text until they load images — that’s expected.

Copy signature puts the formatted block on your clipboard — paste it straight into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail. Copy HTML is only for tools with a raw-markup field (Google Workspace admin, HubSpot, CRMs).

Gmail

Settings gear → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Paste, then scroll down and hit Save Changes.

Apple Mail (Mac)

Mail → Settings → Signatures → +. Uncheck “Always match my default message font”, then paste into the right-hand box.

Outlook

Settings → Account → Signatures → Add signature. Paste, save, then set it as the default for new messages and for replies. (Older Outlook web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply.)

iPhone Mail

iOS Mail doesn’t reliably keep images in signatures — use the plain-text version below: Settings → Mail → Signature.

House rules

  • Always use the hosted wordmark image — never recreate SELFIE® as styled text. Gmail and Outlook strip CSS gradients and drop the ®.
  • Don’t resize, recolor, or crop the wordmark. It ships at 112px wide; leave it there.
  • Links stay brand purple (#7C5CFF) — no underlines, no other colors.
  • Keep it lean: name, title, wordmark, links. No quotes, legal disclaimers, banners, or extra logos.
